Payment, DAP terms, duties, lead times and the traps to avoid.
Duties & VAT (DAP shipping)
We ship DAP: you are the importer of record. Before you confirm any order we estimate duty + VAT so there are no surprises. Estimate yours now:

* Based on the EU proposal to remove the €150 de minimis exemption (planned mid-2026, final rate pending delegated act). Actual amounts depend on customs ruling. We can pre-pay duties for you: €15 per shipment.
Want us to pay the duties for you? We can pre-pay destination duties/VAT to the carrier (disbursement) for a flat €15 handling fee per shipment. The importer of record remains you or your company.
Payments & fraud protection
- Pay only to our company account — the account holder name always matches the invoice issuer. We never ask you to pay to a personal account.
- Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L. Sample orders: 100% upfront (small amounts).
- Optional: third-party escrow for orders above $10,000 (fee paid by buyer).
- Warning signs of a scam agent: prices far below market, no company registration, pressure to pay „factory directly“, refusal to sign a simple purchase agreement.
Lead times
- Quote: within 4 working hours (complex sourcing: 48h with a status update).
- Samples: dispatched in 3 working days.
- Bulk production: typically 10–20 days depending on product.
- Shipping to EU: air 5–8 days, rail 18–25 days, sea 30–35 days.
What we do NOT accept
- Counterfeit or IP-infringing products (brand logos, movie/club merchandise without license).
- Products requiring certification we cannot obtain (food contact without LFGB, electronics without CE/RoHS, toys without EN71).
- Undervalued customs declarations — we declare real transaction values, always.
Inspection
Every bulk order includes a photo inspection report before packing: quantities, actual products, carton marks, AQL sampling notes. Functional testing and factory audits available on request.
